Trung tâm Thông tin Phát triển nông thôn – Viện Chính sách và Chiến lược Phát triển nông nghiệp nông thôn tiến hành hoạt động “Nghiên cứu và đề xuất chính sách phát triển chỉ dẫn địa lý cho các sản phẩm nông sản của Việt Nam” để đưa ra những đề xuất chính sách cụ thể cho hoạt động quản lý và phát triển chỉ dẫn địa lý tại Việt Nam.

Our function is to do research and propose policies for rural institutions development to the Government & Ministry of Agriculture and rural development; analyze and assess the impacts of the policies on rural institutions’ development. We also have the function of supporting, advising and providing services related to developing forms for rural and ariculture enterprises, cooperatives, farms, households, etc. We have been executed many researches and offered advice for policies formulation to support the development of rural institutions.

In the context that urbanization process is speeding up in many areas in the world, consumption power of urban people is increasing very fast; clean, high quality agricultural products become more and more important. This requires the restructuring of agricultural production from traditional mode to urban demand-oriented agriculture.

Thông tin về nông nghiệp nông thôn là vô cùng quan trọng. Ngày nay, trên các phương tiện truyền thông đã có nhiều kênh thông tin về lĩnh vực này. Các kênh thông tin luôn liên tục và cập nhật một cách nhanh chóng nhất các thông tin về nông nghiệp nông thôn và diễn biến thị trường xuất nhập khẩu nông sản.

Công ty Cổ phần tư vấn và đầu tư phát triển nông nghiệp nông thôn AgroVietLink (AgroVietLink) được thành lập và đi vào hoạt động với sự hỗ trợ từ Dự án SMEs do cơ quan Hợp tác phát triển Tây Ban Nha tài trợ thông qua Viện Chính sách và Chiến lược Phát triển nông nghiệp nông thôn (IPSARD).
