This handbook is to introduce the “Green Customs Initiative” and to
provide guidance on importation and exportation of lamps and
energy-saving equipment. The handbook has been developed on the
basis of international customs control experience, research projects by
the General Department of Customs and lessons drawn from customs
experience at border checkpoints
